DO I NEED A COUNCIL PERMIT?
Private Property
Bins that can be placed on your front yard, driveway or within the property boundary do not require a council permit.
Public Property
If your skip bin needs to be placed on (the nature strip, footpath or road then a council permit is required. We also strongly encourage you to check with your local council for any further relevant information that may be required. Please click here to download the application form for your council.
We are licensed with the following councils:
- Inner West Council
- Woollahra Council
If you live within these council, you do not need a council permit.
